| How to mail pastel drawings

I am new at using pastels - I have made two pastel drawings (approximate outside dimensions, including margins of approximately 1" all around: 8" X 10") of cats that I am going to send for Christmas to a friend (they are her cats)who lives halfway across the U.S. They are on colored paper and I have sprayed them with fixative. How can I pack them for mailing so they won't be destroyed en route? I sure hope someone can help with this! |
