We used the Privacy Act of 1974 as our guide in developing our privacy policy.

We will collect no personally identifying information about you when you visit Cyberpathway's Art World unless you choose to provide that information to us via correspondence. We will only utilize that information in an attempt to answer your questions, or fulfill your requests.

If you visit our site to browse, read, or download, we automatically collect and store only the following information about you: The IP address from which you access our Web site (an IP address is the number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web); The type of browser and operating system used to access our site; The date and time you access our site; The pages you visit; and The Internet address of the Web site from which you accessed our site. These facts are compiled in survey form, and do not point to the individual surfer's information.

We use this information to help us make our site more useful to visitors--to learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use. Purchases:
All sales are between you, and the individual artists. Cyberpathway's Art World is not involved in the individual sale of merchandise displayed on this site. We do not receive commission, or compensation from any such sales. The artists displayed here understand our privacy policy, and are responsible for the use of information gleaned from any correspondence from you.

We do not use "cookies" on our site to glean information about the visitor. A cookie is a snippet of information that our server sends to your browser when you first visit our site. We do not utilize this form of technology.

All works contained herein are copyrighted, and remain the property of the individual creator. Copying, or reproducing for personal, or financial gain is prohibited.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on the Gallery Web site are strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law.
