Whatever the situation, we fufill our client's needs in a timely, and economic manner.

            We guarantee that updates will occur within 72 hours of receiving the update request, (except in the case of daily change clients. Daily change clients are guaranteed 24 hour upload), but usually accomplish the job within 24 hours.

            This service is broke down into several categories as far as pricing goes:

• Clients needing annual, or occassional changes are charged $20.00 per page, and $10.00 for each picture change. This fee is billed to established clients after the work has been accomplished. New clients will need to maintain a retainer for the first year.
• Monthly update fees cost $600.00 per year. This fee is paid for in advance annually. 3 text and picture updates per month are covered in the fee.
• Weekly Updates are billed annually. They allow 52 page/picture changes. The cost is determined by the number of pages affected. The price is $520.00 per page per year to be paid in advance.
• Daily Updates involve 365 page changes annually. Fees are determined by the number of pages/pictures changed on a daily basis. The cost is $1800.00 per year per page.

Based on employee costs alone if you had someone come in just 1 hour per day, 7 days a week, and paid them $5.00 per hour you would pay them $1825.00 annually, but the cost does not stop here. Add another $912.00 in employee costs to cover insurance, workmen's comp, etc. The cost has now risen to $2737.00. This employee now needs a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Let's go with a DEL PC I seen advertised recently. The cost after rebate was $499.00. We won't include shipping. You'll need a desk for the employee to work at, and a chair. We'll go cheap, and add $100.00. Next, these items take up space. Lets figure $1.00 per square foot per month, and give your employee 20 square feet, ($240.00 per year). Your cost for site maintenance just climbed up to $3576.00 a year. Now let's add the software. These prices fluctuate from $30.00 to $1000.00. Let's say you find a good graphics program for $100.00. You have now spent $3676.00 the first year. If we average that cost out over a 5 year period we come up with $1825.00, (employee wage), plus $912.00, (employee hidden cost), plus $187.80, ($939.00 divided by 5), which equals $2924.80 per year.
