Ascend Adventures was founded by Dr. Brannon Reed, whose love for the outdoors has led him to climb some of Mexico's tallest volcanoes and run along the Great Wall of China. The guide service is managed by Dr. Jack Yarnold, a veteran climber and caver who holds a doctorate in Arizona geology. We also have amongst our staff expert challenge course designers, canyoneers, mountain bikers, canoeists, backpackers, cavers, and skiers who contribute to Ascend's virtually limitless reservoir of technical expertise. Our guide service also has a fleet of air-conditioned 4x4 vehicles, the latest equipment, and permits to some of the most spectacular canyons, rivers, and caves in Arizona.
