Most rooms have private bathrooms.

We can accomodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 women in one group
The tour will include a female english-speaking guide

Intensive course includes:
Arabic lectures by female tutors in the Center for Arabic Language and Eastern Studies, focusing on daily language, household terms, cooking terms and specific women's terms Lectures are between 8 -12 a.m. and 3 -5 p.m.

Cooking lectures include:
Direct contact with Yemeni families, and cooking with Yemeni women in their households.

Bridal customs include:
Visiting of Yemeni household, learning the use of Henna, Kohol and bridal tattoos

Program:

First week

• Transfer hotel
• Second day Sana'a sightseeing
• 3 days Arabic lectures
• Thursday visit of woman's center
• Friday excursion to Wadi Dhar, Shibam, Thula, Kaukaban

Second week

• 3 days cooking lectures
• 1 day visit of oriental bath
• 1 day lecture on bridal customs
• Thursday meeting with Yemeni women
• Friday excursion to Manakhah, Al-Hajjarah
• Folklore evening and farewell dinner, transfer to airport

Our team is guided by Mr. Ibrahim Al Attab, managing director, linguist, 12 years in the tour-business. The staff speak english and german fluently, and have extensive experience as guides and have detailed knowledge of Yemen and the tour-business.
