Domaine de la Brasse________one review Domaine de la BrasseThis completely renovated estate lies on each side of the road which borders the Brouilly area. Although its vineyards are classified Beaujolais-Villages, it generates a fruity wine, but has the depth of the "cru" it borders. Vinified in the traditional Beaujolais manner, it will be difficult, even for an experienced taster, to see a difference. Its crimson color, red fruit fragrance, and a tannic body makes it difficult to distinguish from its Brouilly neighbour. |
