Orvieto Classico D.O.C. Secco 1995 Produced from the classical grape varieties of Orvieto (Umbria): Malvasia, Grechetto, and Verdello. The grapes, grown in a single vineyard and harvested in October, are soft pressed with skin contact and go through a traditional white wine fermentation under controlled temperature.
The resulting wine is straw yellow with some green reflections in colour. It has an intensive and fruity bouquet. Very well balanced with a good acidity, it is delicate with a pleasant aftertaste.
Excellent with any appetizer; wonderful with light fish dishes, pasta and white meats. Serve chilled at 80C. (great packaging!)
