LIVON VALBUINS SAUVIGNON 1995 D.O.C. Collio Produced from the best grapes hand picked on September 26th from 8 year old vines of a single vineyard and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 18oC. Vinified and then stored in stainless steel tanks until May and allowed to bottle age for an additional 3 months prior to sale.
Only 4000 bottles (333 cases) were produced of this straw-yellow coloured wine. The bouquet is characteristic, intense and almost untamed, with sensations of green pepper, sage, peach, and tomato leaves. A full and dry yet soft and elegant wine, with long lasting, aromatic flavours.

LIVON RIUL REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO 1994 D.O.C. Colli Orientali del Friuli Produced from 100% Refosco grapes grown in a single vineyard; hand picked and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 23oC and vinified in stainless steel at 18oC. Finally, refined in 225 litre barriques for 13 months and bottled aged a further 4 months.
Deep ruby red colour with slight garnet-red hues. The bouquet is full of a wide spectrum of aromas including raspberry, currant, blackberry, and liquorice. It is full bodied, well balanced, and has a persistent and refined flavour. Only 6000 bottles produced.

LIVON GROVIGLIO 1995 vdt RossoA lively, medium-bodied table wine blended from Cabernet Sauvignon and Schioppettino grapes grown in the Colli Orientali region of north-eastern Italy wine..
Bright ruby red in colour; a nose of dried roses and violets and slightly austere on the palate. It is a fine accompaniment to chicken, game birds, rabbit, veal, and pastas.

LIVON TIAREBLŮ vdt 1993Only 2400 bottles (200 cases) of this very special wine were produced from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc grapes coming form 25 year old vines of the Tiareblů vineyard. Both fermentation and 12 months of maturation took place in 225 litre oak barriques. This was followed by 12 months of bottle ageing prior to release.
The color is bright red with garnet nuances. The bouquet is intense, pronounced, and full; and, includes the aromas of wildberry, light vanilla,, along with aromatic wood. It is a full flavoured wine with lots of body and the flavour and grace of a great wine.

LIVON CASALI GODIA VERDUZZO FRIULANO 1995 D.O.C. Colli Orientali del Friuli A delectable and aromatic reception and dessert wine made from 100% Verduzzo Friulano grapes from a single vineyard. Hand picked, partially dried for 40 days then soft pressed and allowed to ferment for 2 days on the skins; the fermentation and maturation occurred in 225 litre barriques for almost 9 months. Allowed to age in the bottle for a minimum of an additional 6 months prior to sale.
Only 416 ˝ bottle and 416 full bottle cases produced. A golden colour with a well balanced harmonious fragrance of peach, apricot, beeswax, plum and rennet. A sweet dessert wine which is full bodied, tannic, and tasty without ever becoming oversweet.
