Tenute Coluè MOSCATO D'ASTI D.O.C.G. Produced from 100% Moscato grapes grown on the Tenute Coluè Di Massimo Oddero estate in the Diano d'Alba. An October harvest is followed by a traditional vinification using the Charmat method with cold fermentation results in a wine of bright gold colour.
A typical Moscato characteristic and fruity bouquet, and sweet to the taste; there are only 700 to 800 cases of this low alcohol (5.5% alc./vol.) Piedmontese desert wine are produced annually.

Tenute Coluè Barolo D.O.C.G. 1990
Produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested in October from the Tenute Coluč di Massimo Oddero Diano d'Alba estate. A traditional vinification with soft grape pressing and a controlled fermentation at 27-29 degrees C. Aged two years in oak barriques. Only 2500 cases produced.
The resulting wine is ruby red in colour with a very characteristic and persistent nose. Full bodied with a delicate almond aroma. Very well balanced.
Ideal with starters, pasta and other typical Piedmontese dishes. Serve at room temp-erature.

Tenute Coluè Barbaresco D.O.C.G. 1993 Produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested in October from the Tenute Coluč di Massimo Oddero estates in Barbaresco, Neive, Treiso, and San Rocco Seno d’Elvio d’Alba.
A traditional vinification with soft grape pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 27-29 degrees C; then aged two years in oak barriques. The resulting wine is red garnet in colour with some orange reflections. A pleasant up-front red fruit and characteristic bouquet; full bodied; dry on the palate, yet very velvety and harmonic. Very well balanced. Ideal with roasted meats and cheeses. Serve at room temperature.
Only 900 cases produced of this exceptional wine.

Tenute Coluè Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba D.O.C. Vigna Tampa 1993Produced from 100% Dolcetto grapes harvested in October from a single vineyard on the Tenute Coluè di Massimo Oddero Diano d'Alba estate. A traditional vinification with soft grape pressing and fermentation at a control-led temperature of 22 degrees C. Aged six months in oak barriques. Only 3000 cases produced.
The resulting wine is very deep red in colour with a vinous, characteristic and persistent nose. Full bodied with a very delicate almond aroma. Very well balanced.
Ideal with white meats, pasta and other typical Piedmontese main courses. Serve at room temperature.

Tenute Coluè Barbera d'Alba D.O.C. 1993Produced from 100% Barbera grapes harvested in October from Estate vineyards in the territories of Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Treiso, Barbaresco, Diano d’Alba, Monforte, and Neive. A traditional vinification with a soft grape pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25 degrees C for 10 to 12 days. Aged eighteen months in oak barriques. Only 1000 cases produced.
A brilliant garnet red colour with some hints of violets at the edges. A very intense character-istic bouquet. Dry, vigorous, austere, and a lit bit acidic to the taste.
Ideal with red meats, roasts, boiled meats, and seasoned cheeses. Serve at room temperature.
